For us, quality begins with doing things well from the very beginning, this consisting in assembling and mounting components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) for small, medium-sized and large series and/or electronic products, following client specifications. With this in mind, and always having the Quality Management System as a reference, the following guidelines have been established:

• Management assumes the commitment to fulfill the Quality Policy and its objectives and to SPEARHEAD the development and implantation of the Management System and to always seek the path towards continued improvement in its effectiveness.
• The workforce as a whole must comply with what is set out in manuals and procedures, always bearing risk evaluation in mind.  
• Constant contact with interested parties is maintained to know their needs and to be able to adapt to them.
• Our workforce’s level of training is increased, resulting in greater personal satisfaction, an improvement in the working atmosphere and an improvement in the delivery of our services.
