INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT POLICY F01.04.03

The management of TECNICA ALCOYANA E INDUSTRIAL ASOCIADA, S.L., a company dedicated to the “Assembly and Production of Electronic Circuits”, through this present document aims to establish the main guidelines of the company.

For TECNICA ALCOYANA E INDUSTRIAL ASOCIADA, S.L., the clients are the priority, receiving personalized attention for each one of its products, ensuring quality in processes through exhaustive controls which guarantee compliance with the agreements made with the client.

For us, quality begins with doing things well first time, this consisting in assembling and mounting components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) for small, medium-sized and large series and/or electronic products, following client specifications. Each and every person within the TECNICA ALCOYANA E INDUSTRIAL ASOCIADA, S.L. system is committed to excellence and continuous customer satisfaction, in addition to always maintaining a good atmosphere.

The organization of the company is designed to allow flexibility in the process of carrying out PCB insertion and mounting, compelling us to be agile in our ability to respond promptly to the changes indicated by the client where the order is concerned.

Our golden offer to the client could be described in this way “The insertion of perfectly assembled components on printed circuit boards at one of the fairest and most accessible prices on the market in the whole region”.

By means of the present document, the company has decided to launch and disseminate an Integrated Policy at all levels of the company, under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2018 standards, which act as the guide for the establishment of the principal guidelines of the company with the aim of:

  • Continuous improvement in the service provided, always satisfying both the demands of the interested parties: employees, management, suppliers, clients, and the relevant regulatory and/or legal requirements which are applicable.
  • Providing a framework of reference to establish and revise quality and environmental objectives.
  • Ensuring that interested parties perceive and appreciate our continuous improvement.
  • Achieving a high level of loyalty in our interested parties.
  • Developing the activities within a context of total respect towards the environment, based on the principle of the prevention of pollution.

With this in mind, and always having the Quality and Environment Management System as a reference, the following guidelines have been established:

  • To undertake to maintain an integrated policy as a framework of reference in the establishment of the objectives of quality and environment.
  • To undertake to enforce the Integrated Policy and spearhead the development, implantation and improvement in the Management System.
  • To maintain constant contact with interested parties to know their needs and to be able to adapt to them.
  • That the organization uses the methodology of risk evaluation in processes to preempt deviations or non-conformity in the management system.
  • To undertake to review this policy to adapt it to new requirements and to have it at the disposition of any company, institution or any interested party that might request it.
  • To undertake to manage strictly and efficiently critical resources: Water, Energy; assigning the necessary and viable means.
  • To undertake to develop our activities minimizing the generation of waste, spillages and emissions.
  • To maintain a strict control of all of the most important environmental aspects, to minimize any type of impact.
  • To comply with all of the legal requirements applicable to matters of quality, environment and safety, at both national and international level.
  • To actively protect the environment, preventing pollution, adequately managing waste and promoting a sustainable use of resources.    

The General Management of our company is committed to guaranteeing the efficiency of the Integrated Management System and, to that end, has named Rodrigo Verdú as the Management Representative.

The Management Representative has at his disposal the authority and all resources necessary to manage and resolve all matters related to the Quality and Environmental Management System and to overseeing that it conforms to the requirements of the ISO 9100:2018 regulation. Additionally, he is responsible for guaranteeing that the system processes generate and provide the expected outcomes, for informing General Management of the performance  of the Integrated Management System and about opportunities for improvement, for promoting throughout the organisation a client-centred approach and for ensuring that the integrity of the Integrated Management System is maintained during the planning  and implementation of changes within it.

The Management of TECNICA ALCOYANA E INDUSTRIAL ASOCIADA, S.L., signs the present policy and undertakes to maintain it and to make its content known to the public in general.
